The decking and stairs on the balcony at the rear of the Shoreham marina property was broken and unsafe
ASL’s expert carpenter tradesman went to work quickly measuring up and sourcing new wood style that matched the current design. The top decking was completely removed. The cross support beams were also removed due to rotted and damaged at the fixing points and replaced. The framework was sanded and painted. The decking was rebuilt. All wood was finished in a resistant varnish that has good protective qualities for salt air being so close to the boat marina.
